"Tooltip" pop-ups have been added to provide information about specific fields (see Navigating through the ingredients grid ).

Separate recipe ingredients into Ingredient Blocks.

Use the Portion Analyzer to determine if the Portion Size is correct on a per portion basis as calculated based on the total weight of the ingredients.

Enter Ingredient Amounts in raw weight or volume measurements or use conversions to assist in entering the amounts

View ingredient quantities in standard measurements (as opposed to decimals).

Subassemblies can be entered with quantities less than 1 unit.

Font Properties used in the Method of Preparation will also be seen when the Export to Word option is used.

Add HACCP instructions to method of preparation.

Review the Cost for each location where the recipe is defined.

 

Copy Ingredients and Allergens to the clipboard and paste elsewhere.

Add, Modify, or Remove SKU's.
