Users can change their view of the Ingredients Grid.
Click on the column header "Amount" and the cell contents will change to an alternate view:
Amount - will display as standard measurement amounts
Vary - will display as Yes or No
Yield - will display as decimal amounts (e.g. .89)
Process - will display the Process Pointer name
NDB - will display the NDB number and description

When adding a new ingredient that has a Recipe Unit = LB, use the following abbreviations to ensure the quantity is correct:
To enter greater than a LB - enter as normal - For example, for 2LB's 3 1/2 ounces, enter "2 3 1/2" [with spaces between each number]
To enter in whole LB's - enter the quantity followed by an "L": 2L = 2LB
To enter less than a LB - enter the quantity followed by a "z": 2z = 2oz
