File and Edit Menu Field Definitions

 

File Menu

 

Save Season

 

Saves the currently selected Season.  The program will stay open after the save.

Copy Season

 

Opens the Copy Season utility which allows a Season to be copied.

Delete Season

 

Deletes the currently selected Season.  If the Season is currently scheduled within the Plan Week, it cannot be deleted.

 

 

 

Print Patron Counts

 

Prints the Patron Count Grid for the Season to the default Windows® Printer.

Print Details

 

Prints the Detail Grid for the Season to the default Windows Printer.

Print Use Switches

 

Prints the Use Switches Grid for the Season to the default Windows Printer.

 

 

 

ACI Precost Report

 

Generates the ACI Precost Report to the screen.

 

 

 

Exit

 

Exits the program, without saving any changes.

 

 

Edit Menu

 

Find Detail

 

Opens a search utility, search by name or number.

Find Next Detail

 

Using the same search parameter, will search the ACI Season for the next entry.  This can be useful locating items that may be on defined multiple times (where menu category or price differentiate each detail).

Delete Detail

 

Deletes the currently selected detail(s).

 

 

 

Optional Columns

 

Opens the Optional Column selection box.  Click the checkbox to display the column: Inventory/Recipe Name, Inventory/Port Unit, Selling Price,

Per Patron Consumption, PPC Unit, PPC Cost, Past Period Usage, Average Patron Count, Production Department, and Menu Category.

 

 

 

PPC Display

 

Users can choose to display the Recipe/Portion Unit column by Inventory Unit or Recipe Unit (for Inventory Items)

 

 

 

Set Past Period Usage

 

Opens the Set Past Period Date Range utility.  Once dates are selected, the total number of weeks will be displayed. These dates will define the range for Past Period Usage.

 

 

 

Edit Use Switch Template

 

Opens the saved Use Switch Template so that it can be modified.

 

 

 

Reset Program Defaults

 

Resets the size of the program window to its original dimensions. This also resets column width and row height adjustments.
