The ACI Precost Report provides the user with valuable information about the ACI Season that is currently selected.
The report presents the user with the following for both Board Operations and Cash Operations: Extended Cost per item, per menu category, and the menu total; Food Cost per Patron in $. Additionally, Cash Operations can also review other specific data: Price, Revenue (per item, per menu category, and total) , Sales %, Cost % (per item and per menu category), Average Check, and total Food Cost %.
The report can be generated by going to the File Menu and selecting ACI Precost Report. Once the report is generated, the user is presented with an on-screen report to be reviewed, and printed if desired.
