The Print As Color is the color the Print As name appears in when the recipe is presented to the Microsoft® Office Suite with the Menu Builder or Menu Wizard applets. This provides for color-coded recipes on a menu spreadsheet for menu planning. For example, code all beef entrees red and vegetarian entrees green.
To choose a color, follow the procedure below:
Double-click the Print As Color or select Set Printer Color from the Tools menu.
From the Color Palette, choose a color and click Ok.
