The Portion Size defines the amount of the Portion Unit most commonly served. This is the size that will appear when the recipe is added to a menu. Portion Size can be overridden in a menu.
The Portion Size should represent the edible size being served. For example, a Chicken Breast weighs 4 oz raw and 3 1/2 oz cooked, the Portion Size should be 3 1/2. Enter the Portion Size as a whole number and/or valid fraction.
