Click here to enter a new recipe. The cursor will default to the recipe number field.

Ingredients should be entered within the Ingredients Grid in the order in which they are used to prepare the recipe. The ingredient number must be an inventory or recipe number and be in the current global inventory or global recipe file.

Inventory names appear on the recipe exactly as it is written in the inventory file. When the inventory number is entered the name and recipe unit will be displayed on the screen.

If a recipe is to be called within a recipe, known as a subassembly, use the recipe number as the ingredient. When the recipe number is entered, the portion unit of that recipe will be displayed.
