Ingredient Name

The Ingredient Name is the name of the inventory item or recipe item as entered through the Global Inventory Maintenance or Global Recipe Program.

To search for an ingredient, type a string of alpha characters in the

ingredient name field and click on the correct ingredient to load it in the grid.
