Add HACCP instructions to my receiving reports

The Receiving Report now includes receiving instructions. To add receiving instructions (including HACCP):

1. From Global Inventory, enter the item number.

2. Modify the Receiving Instructions field. A text box appears. You can click the thermometer to add HACCP instructions, or enter text from the keyboard.

3. Print a Receiving Report containing this item from the Location Purchasing folder.

4. The Receiving Report displays these instructions with the item name.
