Click the Category in which to add a CCP, or click any of the CCP’s within the desired category. From the Edit menu or by clicking the right mouse button, select Add CCP.
The Category chosen is added to the end of the "Add CCP to" statement.
Within the HACCP editor, input the CCP.
Click Ok to save the changes
Click cancel to exit the HACCP editor without saving changes.
