Transfers Sent
If the inventory item was planned to be or actually shipped to another location during the past week, the program provides additional information on planned, actual and deviation of transfers sent:Planned -the planned transfer sent amount is the total of all original delivery amounts that were expected to be shipped during the past week.
Actual -the actual transfers sent amount is the total amount transferred out during the past week.
Deviation -the transfers sent deviation is the difference between the actual and planned transfer amounts.
Planned -the planned unit's usage is the summation of all requirements of the inventory item for this location. it is the total planned usage less the amount that planned to be transferred to other
Actual -the actual unit's usage is calculated by adding purchase quantities and amount transferred in to the beginning inventory and then subtracting the amount transferred out and the ending inventory quantity.
Deviation -the deviation is the difference in inventory units between the actual and planned unit's usage. This deviation does not include amounts transferred to other locations.
In the preceding example, the usage amounts indicate that the item was overused by 8 cans. However, the transfers sent line shows that an additional "7" cans were transferred that were not expected by the system. This location's actual over usage was only "1" can.
