The Nutrition Facts Label displays the recipe ingredients in the in order of weight of the ingredient in the recipe (recipe unit multiplied by grams per recipe unit) and then ranked for display. Recipe Name - The Print As Name from Global Recipe

Serving Size - The portion size as defined on the menu in Service Needs

Nutrients - Based on the calculated amounts from Global Recipe and the Menu (portion size)

Ingredients - From the Global Recipe ingredients and Subassembly ingredients (listed between parentheses)

Allergens - Defined in Global Inventory for each ingredient and then accumulated together as one list on the Nutrition Fact Label
