Review Nutritional Analysis

This option is available to users with the Nutritive Analysis module and when selected will calculate the nutrient content of the active menu and print a Nutritive Analysis Menu report.

Menu Nutritive Analysis is executed through the location's Menu Maintenance program. Enter the cycle or standard menu by number, and enter a patron count to precost the menu by.

Enter a Patron Count on the Menu Maintenance screen, then select Nutritive Analysis from the Tools Menu. The Menu Nutritive Analysis Criteria window will then open.

Patron Counts can be modified in the Patron Grid

Select a Nutrient Group from the dropdown list. The Nutrient Group defines which nutrients are going to appear on the Menu Nutritive Analysis.

Then select a Standards Group from the Standards dropdown list. The Standards Group defines which nutrient standards are going to be applied to the Nutritive Analysis Report.

If the Standards group that is selected requires an age group, then the Age Range Criteria dropdown becomes available to select from.

Once all of your criteria is selected, click PRINT or PREVIEW to generate the Nutritive Analysis Report.
