Patron Count

By entering a number into the Patron Count field, users are able to review costs for the menu based on a specific number of people. This can be especially useful during the creation of menus because users will see what it will cost to serve the menu to a given population.
Entering a Patron Count also enables the Menu Analysis feature. Menu Analysis is dependent upon item cost and acceptability factors; in order to compare the items, a patron count is required for proper calculations.
