Patron History

Patron History for the Reference Date is the history date that will be referenced during forecasting and is used in forecasting the number of patrons. Reference Counts can be maintaineed in the calendar program and in the Patron History program found under the Patrons folder.
Double clicking on the reference date displays a patron history for the specified week. If more than 1 patron type is defined for this location, you will be given a drop down box with a list of patron types displayed. Once a patron type is chosen, the patron history displays.

The Reference information also contains event information entered during service record entry for the reference week. In the above example, the manager noted that there was a Weather Event, which resulted in additional patrons for the day and meal.
