The Inventory Book program is used to enter inventory ending counts into FoodPro
The ending count, displayed in inventory units, is used in calculating the actual use of an inventory item in the inventory analysis and is used as the next week's beginning count. This count is also used in the system production run when determining an item's purchase requirements including the short/surplus amount.
